Actress Rita Wilson reveals she still has COVID-19 antibodies

Hollywood actress Rita Wilson and her husband Tom Hanks were among the first celebrities to contract COVID-19. Rita Wilson, an actress, and singer revealed to the American talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Wilson confirmed, “I still have antibodies!” .”I feel like you’re the only person I don’t have to worry about because you must be brimming with antibodies right now,” Kimmel said.

Rita explained that she is part of a UCLA program where she gets tested every two months and that is why she is sure that she still has the antibodies. Rita said that the COVID-19 antibodies decrease as you get farther away from the infection, but as of now they are still there and helping her.

Recently, Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks announced that they were affected by COVID-19. This happened on the cusp of lockdowns and calls for people to wear masks in public. Production in Australia quickly halted and the couple was placed in quarantine for two weeks before returning to quarantine at their Los Angeles home.
