The film earned Rs 10 crores on its first day and the daily earnings started to increase. Even though the film’s earnings fell on Monday, the film has set a new record by collecting 17.10 crores on the holiday of August 15.
According to the current report of ‘Sacnik’, ‘Oh My God 2’ has crossed the mark of 100 crores worldwide. In India, the film has done a business of 80 crores. Film critic and trade expert Taran Adarsh has also tweeted and praised it. The audience has responded well to this film.
The makers of this film were suggested 20 cuts by the Censor Board. Earlier this film was going to be released on OTT. According to reports, the makers were in talks with ‘Jio Cinemas’. Maybe the deal was going to be done for 90 crores, but then suddenly it was decided to release the film in theatres.
