The track, which was released 11 years ago, has returned to the charts and, in this week’s update, reached its highest peak yet .
The track debuted at number 68 on January 9, and has been growing ever since. This Tuesday (31), the song from the album “Born This Way” took 54th position on the chart . Will the next updates have the track already inside the Top 50 of the US singles chart?!
The song has been used for over 4 million videos on the platform . Lady Gaga herself joined in the fun and participated in the challenge , in which she recreated the dance, adding more than 12 million views on her official account . Despite TilTok not charting on the Hot 100, consumption of the track was reflected on other platforms, contributing to its success.
The album “Born This Way” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 on June 11, 2011 and spent two weeks at the top, marking the first of six #1 albums for Gaga. Now, “Bloody Mary” marks the singer’s 36th entry on the Hot 100 , and her first since last year’s “Top Gun: Maverick” . The track song “Hold My Hand” reached no less than the 49th position on the chart.
