Brahmastra: The public’s response to Ayan Mukerji’s film ‘Brahmastra’ is very strong. The film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt in the lead role finally reached theaters on Friday and has made a better opening collection than expected at the box office. On the first day, more than 13000 shows of ‘Brahmastra’ went on in cinema halls and their tickets were also sold fiercely.
There was such a craze among the public about the film that even before the first show started, ‘Brahmastra’ had collected Rs 19.66 crore only from the advance booking of online shows. This also includes those block seats which are booked by the theaters themselves.
According to initial reports, ‘Brahmastra’ has made an opening collection of around Rs 36 crore at the box office. This estimate is of all India earnings of the film. Talking about the Hindi version of ‘Brahmastra’, it is estimated to earn around Rs 32 crore.
Talking about the Worldwide Collection, ‘Brahmastra’ has won here too and its collection at the global box office can be more than 50 crores. These are preliminary estimates and the earnings trend of ‘Brahmastra’ suggests that the final figures could be even better.
