Brahmastra: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s most anticipated film, Brahmastra, was released on September 9. The movie started off with a big opening and also made big on the weekend, but on Monday its takings dropped and on Tuesday the movie made the lowest grossing ever.
In the first week that ended on Thursday, Brahmastra has made a gross collection of Rs 300 crore worldwide.
On September 9, Brahmastra was released on over 9,000 screens worldwide in 2D, 3D and IMAX formats along with Hindi in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. This is the first pan India film of Ranbir Kapoor, which was released in theaters on such a large scale.
Brahmastra started showing her attitude as soon as she arrived and made a worldwide gross of Rs 75 crore on the first day. The figure reached 160 crores within two days of the release, and after the opening weekend, the film’s worldwide gross reached 226 crores. Now, if you look at the worldwide gross of Brahmastra in just weekdays, from Monday to Thursday, the film has grossed only Rs 74 crore.
