Many people also demanded the arrest of filmmaker Leena Manimekalai. This whole matter has now reached the police. Delhi and UP Police have registered an FIR in this matter.
Case registered in Delhi
An FIR has been registered in Delhi and UP in the controversial poster case of Maa Kali. The IFSO unit of Delhi Police has registered an FIR under sections 153A and 295A in the Maa Kali poster case. In fact, Delhi Police had received two complaints regarding the poster controversy of Kali Maa. One complaint was given to New Delhi District and one complaint was given to IFSO. At present, the IFSO unit has registered a case against the director Leena Manimekalai, who posted this picture, under IPC 153A (inciting religion on the basis of caste) and IPC 295A (outraging the sentiments of any class, religion). Indian High Commission in Canada objected
The Indian High Commission in Canada has raised objections in this matter.
