Dangal is based on the life of former India wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, in which Aamir Khan played the role of Mahavir Singh, a father of four daughters. In this film, Aamir Khan was seen going against not only the family but the entire village to get his daughters into wrestling. The love of a father and daughter is shown very closely in the film.

Angrezi Medium

In the story, Anirudh’s (Sushant) son Raghav tries to embrace death after failing in an IIT entrance exam, only after which Anirudh narrates a funny story of pass and fail to his son.

Bareilly Ki Barfi

Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkumar Rao starrer film ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ is also included in this list. The beautiful relationship of father and daughter is shown in this film, played by Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi. In the film, Pankaj Tripathi treats his daughter (Kriti Sanon) like a princess and obeys her. Not only this, even when she refuses to marry, he supports his daughter only.
