Karthik came to Mumbai to study engineering. The reason behind this was that he wanted to become an actor, but he did not tell his family about this dream. Actually when Karthik used to tell his friends about this they used to make fun of him so Karthik got into an engineering college in Navi Mumbai under the pretense of studying BTech so that he can keep auditioning along with college.
Karthik told in an interview that while studying engineering, he started searching for auditions on Facebook and Google.
Karthik kept the matter of getting the film and audition hidden from his family until the release of his film was confirmed.
During the days of fighting, Karthik lived in a flat with 12 people. After auditioning for three years, she got her first movie ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’.
Karthik had said in an interview that when V was in 10th , he had girlfriends for the first time. At that time she was 16 years old. He used to meet her at her restaurant on Valentine’s Day.
