Khuda Haafiz 2 Movie Review: The wait for Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal and actress Shivaleeka Oberoi Khuda Hafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pariksha’s movie is over. Starring Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Sheeba Chaddha and Rajesh Tailang, the film is directed and written by Farooq Kabir. This movie is the sequel to Khuda Hafiz that came in the year 2020. Where the theme of trafficking and sexual exploitation of women was shown in the first movie, there is a tremendous hidden twist in the story of this movie.
This movie is an action drama and just like his previous movies, it will also feature great action sequences. In the previous story a husband brings his wife back to his country but this time the issue of adopting children will be shown. In this movie, he will be seen fighting and eliminating the killers of innocence.
If you look at it from the point of view of the story, the first half of the film adds to both the emotional and the punctual, but in the second half the story starts to revolve around those points of revenge. Which we have seen many times in Hindi movies. After intermission, the story turns into a high-octane action drama, and there’s no question that the movie is twenty-something from an action point of view.
In the case of action, the scenes of Jail Wala, Muharram, and Egypt’s chasing in the climax prove to be rafters. Talking about editing, the length of the film could have been reduced by 15-20 minutes. The cinematography of Jitne Harmeet has to be praised. The background score of the film is strong while the film is fine in terms of music. The songs of the film ‘Junoon Hai’ and ‘Rubaru’ have become average.
Talking about action and acting, Vidyut has done full justice to his role. In the first half, after the employed husband and father, he is in the role of Sameer, who is determined to take revenge in the second half.
Shivaleeka Oberoi assumes her role, but is not given screen space in the second half. Rajesh Tailang is not able to impress, but yes, Sheeba Chaddha in the ruthless role of Thakur ji seems to be experimenting in terms of roles. Sheeba has played the role of Bahubali woman in a very powerful way. She expected more from Dibyendu Bhattacharya. The supporting cast is normal.
