Megastar Amitabh Bachchan will release the Hindi version of the teaser of Mani Ratnam-directed film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’ on July 8 at 6 pm. The makers have also given information in this regard through social media. Mani Ratnam’s film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’ is going to be released on 30 September in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
PS-1 is a period drama film. Its story is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s 1995 novel Ponniyin Selvan. The book has five parts and is considered one of the greatest novels in the Tamil language. It cost 500 crores to make this film. It will be one of the most expensive films in Indian cinema
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is returning to the silver screen after almost 4 years. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is going to be seen in the role of ‘Rani Nandini’ in this South film. Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, actors like Jairam Ravi, Trisha, Sharad Kumar, Vikram Babu, Shobhita Dhulipala, and Prakash Raj are going to be seen in this magnum opus film by Mani Ratnam.
The music for the film has been given by the legendary composer AR Rahman. This film is being released in 5 languages.
