Karthik Aryan’s film ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ is ready to release in theaters this week. Kiara Advani is also in the film along with Karthik. Advance booking for the film has started. The response received so far is telling that Karthik’s film is going to get a solid start.
After the lockdown, Karthik’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ brought huge success. This film, which earned more than Rs 180 crore, was the fourth biggest Bollywood film of 2022. But its success did not help Karthik’s next film ‘Shehzada’ much. The film business had high hopes from Karthik Aryan’s ‘Shehzada’, which released in February this year. But the story of the film could not appeal much to the public and ‘Shehzada’ flopped at the box office.
Now for ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, the same kind of response is being seen from the public, which has been for Karthik’s hit films. This film is a love story, in which family drama is also a big part of the story. The trailer and songs of ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ have been liked by the public a lot. The film has a pair of Karthik and Kiara Advani, which was also liked by the public in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’.
The film is to be released in theaters on June 29, that is, the booking of the film opened 3 days before the release. Reports suggest that till Tuesday morning, more than 10,000 tickets for the film have been booked in national chains in 24 hours.
According to the advance booking so far, Karthik’s film can make an opening collection in the range of Rs 7-8 crore. This start will be very solid for the film which is going to be released on more than 2000 screens.
