The creators have released their first song titled ‘Pass Nahi Toh Fail Nahi’. Vidya Balan released virtually the first Shakuntala Devi song, Pass Nahin To Fail Nahin, with 5000 children from DAV schools and universities from 100 Indian cities, participated in the virtual song launch event.
The Pass Nahi Toh Fail Nahi song highlights the fun spirit of Shakuntala Devi. Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and composed by the Sachin-Jigar duo, Paas Nahi Toh Fail Nahi is the first song to be released from the film. The lyrics of the song are by Vayu.
Vidya Balan plays the titular role of mathematician Shakuntala Devi in the film. Shakuntala Devi also stars Sanya Malhotra, Jisshu Sengupta, and Amit Sadh in important roles. The trailer for the film was released on July 15. The film is slated to release on July 31 on Amazon Prime Video.
The film shows the journey of Shakuntala Devi and his genius, which was first discovered at the age of 5 when he solved a math problem for 18-year-old students.
Directed by Anu Menon, the film is slated to begin airing on Amazon Prime Video beginning July 31. Due to the new coronavirus pandemic, manufacturers opted for a launch of the OTT platform.
