Zee Studios released the trailer for Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari. Directing Diljit Dosanjh, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles.
The character of Manoj Bajpayee, a detective investigating potential boyfriends on behalf of the girl’s family, stands in the way of a possible marriage, Diljit Dosanjh’s eligible bachelor vows revenge on him by beating up his sister, played by Fatima.
This movie set in 1995 in Bombay, the trailer introduces us to Diljit’s Punjabi family who runs a dairy business and the immediate motto is to marry off their son. However, a series of photos of Diljit aka Suraj derails her marriage journey when Detective Mangal played by Manoj Bajpayee goes on a private investigation mission.

Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari also stars Annu Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Neeraj Sood, Abhishek Banerjee, and Vijay Raaz. Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film will open this Diwali and the creators have yet to reveal whether it will be a theatrical or OTT premiere.
