American singer Taylor Swift has established herself as one of the versatile artists of her time. The singer has now released her new album Folklore.
The singer’s surprise announcement was released on July 24, marking the eighth studio album released. Folklore has been released eleven months after their seventh studio album titled Lover. The album marks Swift’s first since her recent Lover album released in August 2019.
A large portion of the things I had arranged this late spring didn’t wind up occurring, however, there is something I had not gotten ready to occur, she wrote on Instagram. “And that thing is my 8th studio album, folklore.” Swift also said she “poured all of my whims, dreams, fears, and musings into” each song.
In announcing the launch, which was conceived during isolation in the days of the coronavirus pandemic, Taylor wrote in a tweet, “In isolation, my imagination has run wild and this album is the result. I’ve told these stories to the best of my ability with all the love, wonder, and whimsy they deserve. Now it’s up to you to pass them down. folklore is out now: https://taylor.lnk.to/folklore
