American actor Jared Padalecki shared the first trailer for his long-awaited show titled Walker, which is a reboot of Walker, Texas Ranger from 1993. A new trailer for Walker has been released, showing Jared Padalecki stepping in as Walker, Texas Ranger.
Walker, which will premiere on The CW on January 21, released an official trailer featuring a look at Padalecki’s Texas Ranger on a mission. Padalecki posted Walker’s trailer with the caption “It’s been a long way to get here, but he has all my heart.”
Sharing the trailer of Walker on his Twitter handle, the Gilmore Girls actor wrote, “It’s been a long road to get here, but it has my entire heart. I hope you join us on January 21st for the premier of @thecwwalker. #SPNFamily meet the #WalkerFamily”.

In this remake of Walker’s original series Texas Ranger, Jared Padalecki plays the titular Cordell Walker, a father of two who still struggles with the death of his wife (who is played in flashbacks by the real-life wife of the actor, Genevieve Padalecki). . Walker is written and produced by Anna Fricke (“Being Human, Valor, and produced by Dan Lin and Lindsay Liberatore and Padalecki.
The series stars Padalecki as Cordell Walker, “a widower and father of two with his own moral code who returns home to Austin after being undercover for two years, only to discover there’s harder work to be done at home,” per the official synopsis. “He’ll attempt to reconnect with his children, navigate clashes with his family and find unexpected common ground with his new partner (one of the first women in Texas Rangers history), while growing increasingly suspicious about the circumstances surrounding his wife’s death.”
Walker is an American action TV series that is all set to premiere on January 21, 2021.
