Bollywood actress Amisha Patel’s troubles have increased again. ACJM-5 Court in Moradabad issued an arrest warrant against Amisha. Amisha Patel and her colleagues took 11 lakh rupees to attend an event. But on the day of the program, Amisha did not attend the program. Therefore, Pawan Kumar Verma, owner of Dream Vision Event Company, filed a complaint against Amisha Patel. An arrest warrant has now been issued for Amisha because she did not attend the hearing in the case. Now the hearing, in this case, will be held on July 20 in Moradabad Court. The trial against the actress is going on in the Moradabad court under sections 120-B, 406,504 and 506 IPC. According to the counsel for the complainants, summons have been sent to Amisha and her associates on behalf of the court. It has been said in this summon that if despite issuing warrants, non-bailable warrants can also be issued against them if they do not appear before the court without giving any concrete reason
This is not the first time that Amisha Patel has been caught in a legal trouble. Even before this, she has been in many controversies, ranging from check bounce to many cases. A Bhopal court had also issued a warrant against Amisha last year. In another case, a case of cheating was registered against Amisha Patel and her brother, in which a warrant was also issued against both of them. After this, the matter reached the High Court as well
