Watch Sardar Udham Movie: Sardar Udham is an upcoming biographical film Based On freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O’Dwyer, the former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab in British India. The film was directed by Shoojit Sircar and produced by Rising Sun Films.
The film also stars Banita Sandhu and Amol Parashar in pivotal roles. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, Sardar Udham will release on 16th October on Amazon Prime.
The film ‘Sardar Udham’ starring Vicky Kaushal will bring alive the story of heroic freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh, who avenged the killings of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre in 1919.
The film marks the first collaboration between director Shoojit Sircar and actor Vicky Kaushal.
The movie was earlier scheduled to release on October 2, 2020. However, due to the second wave of coronavirus pandemic, the film was rescheduled for January 2021 release. Later, the film was postponed yet again indefinitely. The film will release on October 16 on Amazon Prime Video.
