Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever is the latest action fantasy sci-fi thriller drama directed by Ryan Coogler. It was released globally in theaters on November 11, 2022. Wakanda Forever will officially wrap up Marvel Phase 4 when it launches this weekend. Returning actors for the Black Panther sequel include Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, and Angela Bassett.
While some Marvel movies, like 2021’s Black Widow, were made available to stream online on Disney+, Marvel has yet to announce a streaming release date for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was originally only scheduled to be released digitally on the Disney+ streaming service. However, thanks to the positive reactions that followed the test screenings, the studio decided to bless us all by giving the thriller a theatrical release.
While a streaming release date has yet to be announced, we can give an educated guess based on previous Walt Disney Studios films. While there’s no set pattern, many Disney movies will air about 45 days after their theatrical release, usually the following Friday (the normal Disney+ day for new movie releases).
