Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawaan’ has been the subject of tremendous discussion for the past few days. On September 7, ‘Jawan’ was released worldwide and the film had a grand opening. Shah Rukh Khan’s film has started making waves at the box office. The film grossed Rs 75 crore nationwide. Out of this, 65 crores was earned in Hindi language alone. While in Tamil and Telugu, the film earned Rs 5 crore each.

Shah Rukh Khan’s character in this film is a little gray shade, so fans were eagerly waiting for his avatar. Although Shah Rukh is known as the King of Romance, he enthralled the audience with his villainous roles in his early days. In films like ‘Dar’, ‘Anjaam’, and ‘And Baazigar’, Shah Rukh played negative roles in such a way that he seemed to be the hero of the film.

In ‘Baazigar’, Shah Rukh played a villain for the first time and the audience took him to heart. Directed by the duo of Abbas-Mustan, the film has earned the status of a ‘cult classic’ today. In all respects ‘Bajigar’ was different. Dalip Tahil, who played the role of Shah Rukh’s father-in-law in this film, has revealed many things about the making of this film.

Dalip Tahil also revealed that Shahrukh Khan’s role in ‘Baazigar’ was rejected by many people due to this reason. Dalip Tahil said, “This film was very different. Usually, the hero in the film does not kill the heroine so cold-heartedly. Apart from Shah Rukh, many people rejected this role because of this. But Shahrukh played the role brilliantly and ‘Baazigar’ became an iconic film.”
