La Casa de Papel: Korea repeats the success of the Spanish production and part 2 of the first season recently arrived on Netflix. Let’s see if a second season is on the way.
The first season divided the opinion of specialized critics. Many journalists praised the pace of the new episodes and the way the spinoff revitalizes the Money Heist stories. However, part of the press described the rereading as “unnecessary”.
The story is set in the not-so-distant future, in which South Korea and North Korea are undergoing a reunification process.

Will Money Heist: Korea have a second season?
At this time, there has been no confirmation on how many parts La Casa de Papel: Corea will have. Netflix has not confirmed whether or not the Korean drama will be renewed for a second season. There has also been no official statement outside of Netflix regarding the intentions of future seasons.
Cast-wise, based on what happened at the end of part 2, it would make sense for many to return. Like many Netflix shows, the streaming service tends to bide its time by analyzing airtime before making a major decision on its renewals. In general, the hearing for the first four weeks in service is the final for renewal and cancellation decisions.
The second part of the first season of Money Heist: Korea is now available on Netflix.
